Our Company was founded in February of 2004.  Since inception, we have continually been growing to meet the needs of everyone in the commonwealth.  The founder and owner, Sean Phelan, is a graduate from Penn State University.  Shortly after graduation he began his career as a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley.  After weeks of studying he successfully passed his series 7, 66, & 31 and was a Licensed Financial Advisor with the SEC and the NASD.  Upon completing these rigorous exams he was sent to Wall Street for his formal sales training.  His training began on the 61st floor of the World Trade Center September 10th 2001.

He recalls the very moment the plane hit his building just 15 stories above as a true moment of clarity. As a surviving victim, Sean closely examined his life and the investment career he was headed for. As a Financial Advisor, it is your responsibility to help your clients build their maximum net worth.  This is achieved with disciplined investing and proper diversification. However, the thought of clients possibly losing money was not his idea of a satisfying career.  Within 6 months he was nationally ranked for MS Mutual Fund sales in one of the worst bear markets since the Great Depression.  With a strong background in the Financial and Investment Markets, he began to explore other options; Options that would Guarantee the prosperity of his clients.
Sean chose the Mortgage Business because he wanted to guarantee the long-term prosperity of his clients through home ownership, leveraging home equity, and creative financing options.
