Sean Phelan

How it began…
Sean started World Trade Mortgage as a reminder of his experience in the World Trade Center on September 11th 2001. Shortly after graduating from Penn State University Sean began working for Morgan Stanley as a Financial Adviser in training. He was given 3 months to study and successfully pass the Series 7, Series 66, and the Series 31. These rigorous exams are required by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and the NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers) to become a licensed Financial Adviser. He successfully completed these exams on his first attempt and was sent to Morgan Stanley’s Corporate office in Manhattan NY to start learning from the best. He began his first day Monday September 10th 2001 working at the World Trade Center, South Tower 61st floor. His 2nd day was a day that he will never forget.

Fast Forward…
Sean is married to his lovely wife Tracy and has 2 amazing children. He enjoys spending time with his family, working around the house, and working in the garden.
